We have an immediate requirement for  ,Team Leaders for leading NBFC Company Sales &  collections Voice Process.

Responsibilities include:

*Team leader Responsibilities*

- Team Handling

- Team Management

- Daily report

- Attrition Control

- Escalation Management

-Other KPIs and KRAs of a Team Leader

Must have a minimum of 2 year or above experience as sales & Recovery or Collection Team Leader Handling Skills in sales or collection Finance product voice process only can apply.

Should be fluent in English and other south Indian languages preferred.

Day shift - 9 to 6 timing.

Salary upto 35ctc plus+Variables
