Hiring for a Private Bank as an Analytics Manager - Business Intelligence Unit

Location: Mumbai

Grade: Mid to Senior Level

Job role:

• Incumbents analyse, recommend, and assist the implementation of corporate initiatives using big and sophisticated data sets (internal and external).
• Identifying data requirements, data gathering, data processing, data cleansing, and exploratory and predictive data analysis, which may include the use of statistical models / algorithms and data visualisation approaches.
• Dashboards, data support, segmentation/scorecards, analytics, and customer insights will be the responsibility of the post holder.
• Excellent story-telling abilities based on a large amount of data.
• Manage the company's portfolio and develop a data-driven business strategy.
• Interact with data scientists to develop analytical solutions with the goal of delivering analytical business results.
• For analytical business delivery, interact with internal and external technology stakeholders.
• For effective connection with company stakeholders, you'll need strong communication skills.
• Dashboards, data support, segmentation/scorecards, and analytics will be the responsibility of the function holder.
• Adhere to the stated process and the standards for compliance.
