Job Description

Excellent communication skills
Good data orientation and analytical skills
Should have excellent knowledge of operations
Excellent Code of Conduct with customer service orientation
Strong People Management and conflict resolution skills
E-commerce experience would be preferable
Own PC and Laptops is required
Language required :- Hindi and English (Any regional language would be an added advantage)
Experience would be preferred from Outbound Customer Service
