Technical Skills:

Ability to work in global Agile environment

- Support applications in production managed by the Application Management team

- Development and support of J2EE Applications and services as specified by our business partners. This includes developing new features and problem identification and resolution. The applications utilize technologies including Java/ J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Transaction and Hibernate.

- Adhere to all corporate and departmental standards and policies

- Maintain and enhance existing Web based applications as needed.

- Tune application code for optimal performance.

- Trouble shoot issues reported by end- users (Application and Data)

Process Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter- group coordination within the modules of the project.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Behavioral Skills:

Experience working with offshore / onshore model

Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Must have strong knowledge in Object oriented development, version control, release management, change management

Qualification:

B.E. or MCA

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands- on coding in Java, J2EE, J2EE Design Patterns, EJB, Spring, Servlets, AJAX, JAXB, Maven, log4j, Junit, Apache Tomcat.
