candidate Should have experience in Blue collar Recruitment(Sales hiring, housekeeping).
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods.
Should have target chasing attitude

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies
Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Build a strong talent pipeline
Education: Undergraduates/Graduates in any stream /PG

Experience : 1-4 yr
Note :- Laptop / Bike & Internet connection is must.
