We are looking forward to hire Manual Testing Engineers whothrives on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world.
The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.
You are required to have skills in the following areas :
- 1-3years of good experience in Manual Testing.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Execute manual test cases and analyze results
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Report bugs and errors to the development team
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Should have strong knowledge of SQL
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Automation scripting skills using Tools like Selenium-Java-Cucumber/UFT desirable OR Basic Programming skills inJava/C#/Python
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills :
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Working knowledge of any test management software is an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent team player
- Any exposure to automation testing skills will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Requirement analysis
- Execute software test plans
- Write and document test cases
- Reviewing test plans and test cases
- Identifying the requirements of the test data
- Testing execution
- Execute the tests and log the same in JIRA or any project tracking tool
- Document the test results
- Reporting and Summarizing test results
- Keeping and maintaining a log of defects and follow-ups
- Identify and facilitate issue resolution with functional and technical groups
- Maintaining traceability with the requirement
- Create/maintain Automation scripts using tools like Selenium/Java desirable.
