Job Description :
We are looking for an AS-400 Developer with strong experience in RPG programming.The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.
You are required to have skills in the following areas :
Primary Skills:RPG, RPG ILE
Mandatory Skills:

Overall 10+ Years of experience in the IT Industry
Minimum 7+ years of experience in RPG programming
Extensive work experience on RPG, RPG ILE
Strong proven AS/400 experience
Good working experience on Aldon CMS
SQL knowledge
Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Oral
Should have to lead a team of at least 3-4 members
Strong customer-facing experience - working directly with onsite team/customer
Advanced skills in research and analysis
Familiar with Agile development practices
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team
Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow-through.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be part of the team working on the project
Should work hand-in-hand with the team and make sure tasks are delivered effectively
Will be involved in day-to-day development activities to be carried on
Interact with the Business/Onsite team to understand the requirements
Work closely with the Onsite team and ensure the deliverables are delivered timely
Keep a track of the deliveries and notify if any delay in deliverables
Assist the QA team and work closely with them wherever and whenever required.
