Salary: 25K to 35k a month after 2 weeks training
Job Description:
You will be given responsibility for coordination with different departments of the company to serve our clients, you will communicate with our existing and prospective business customers in the U.S. by email and you will be assisting our sales, marketing and editorial teams. You will be working in our US division.
We look for good written communication , ability to pick up and learn new things and sincerity.
You should be able to write formal English with great convincing power. If you also have a flair for convincing others of your ideas and are aggressive to achieve your goals, you are our ideal candidate.
We have a great training program where we will teach you everything else that you may need to have a great career as a Process Executive. Normally candidates need 3 months of training to be fully qualified, however, we start to pay a regular salary after the first 2 weeks of unpaid training.
Our incentives structure and growth opportunities are unparalleled in Bangalore. There is a great opportunity to make as much as your monthly salary or even more each month in incentives.
We have been in Bangalore for about 20 years, we have about 1000 employees here. It's not a BPO job. We own several publishing ventures targeting the U.S., Europe and India.
There is no wfh for training or work, however for candidates out of Bangalore, we can do a written test and couple of rounds of telephonic interviews and make a formal offer with a joining date of utmost 2 weeks after offer.
