Job Description

1.People with 0-10 years of experience in sales (preferably), Real estate, Insurance and maybe hospitality we can try.
2.Salary bracket to not exceed 0-10 lakhs.
3.Knowledge of Pune city (extremely crucial)
4.A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
5.Creative problem solver with an ability to listen to and work cooperatively with internal and external sources to find acceptable solutions to problems
6.Highly detail-oriented
7.Strong attention to details
8.Experienced with strong negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate high-value transactions to a successful conclusion
9.Possesses an established broad real estate network which enables the candidate to be resourceful, and get to solutions quickly
10.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflow
11.Great people skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships
12.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence others
13.Strong inside knowledge process management.
