Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience in working in a Product company2. Experience in working on a SaaS platform
3. Experience in working on both Linux and Windows
4. Strong domain expertise in Quality
5. Experience in Java as a programming language with the smartness to learn anything new as required
6. Experience or interest to lead and motivate a team to maintain highest quality standards
7. Experience of using test management, automation and CI tools like testlink, selenium, Jenkins etc.
8. Experience of having worked in scrum teams and usage of tools like Rally or Yodiz or similar
9. Strong oral and written communication skills, able to present ideas and information clearly.
10. Must be proficient and comfortable at problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
11. Possess the ability to be a self-driven quick learner with attention to details and quality.
12. Strong ownership. Should be self-driven and self-managed. Should be able to own and drive initiatives on their own.
Bonus points:
Knowledge of NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, Indexing platforms like Solr, distributed computing technologies like Spark.
Knowledge of RDBMS like Postgres and columnar databases like Vertica
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
