Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning, Co-ordination and Delivery of the Induction program for new joinees
• Developing various training modules and delivery of those to different sections of employees
• Planning and Co-ordination of various training programs to different sections of employees
• Identifying training needs of employees by various methodologies
• Processing papers and co-ordinating for external training programs , conventions and conferences
• Overseeing the training/summer placement/internships/projects undertaken by students from various professional colleges
• Maintaining training records
• Making, circulating and implementing the Training Calendar
• Empanelled Consultant Management- renewal of contracts, joining formalities etc
• Nursing Recruitment

Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management
