Roles and Responsibilities
1. To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical to be done within due TAT
2. To carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirements
3. To carry out the negotiation with the candidate
4. To ensure the release of offer letter within due TAT post checking of desired documentations
5. To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining
6. To maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisition
7. To maintain cordial relationship with the assigned vertical stakeholders
8. To act as a SPOC for the assigned vertical and take care of the queries of employees
9. To perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor
Essential Skills :
1. Regular MBA in HR
2. A minimum of 1 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a sales organization
3. Experience in handling bulk hiring is preferable
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Bulk hiring
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
