Required Skills:

• Qualification: Any Qualification
• Experience: Minimum 2 year in International Voice as a Operations Manager
• Salary : 45K to 52K
• Shift: Rotational Shift
• Location : Kalyan Nagar ( Bangalore )

Skills Set Required

• Manage Multiple project requirements, preparing operation modules etc.
• Managing outsourcing metrics, application of quality management principles and ability to manage team to attain performance targets.
• Leading teams across multiple Business Units and drive strategic initiatives by effectively engaging partners, stakeholders and managing Organization goals.
• Effective at overseeing project activities from conceptualization to execution including business definition, feasibility and optimization, project planning & implementation in accordance with the set compliance's.
• Oversee metrics in order to meet strategic objectives and monitor and evaluate performance of the team in line with the Service Level Agreements.
• Versatile and multi-skilled with ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously; An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational skills.
