Job Description

This role requires managing London Met University Online student recruitment and contacting prospects that are looking to study Online courses through phone calls and email.
Directly involved in influencing marketing campaigns and prospecting for new leads including cold calling and running events.
As an ECA student recruitment manager, candidate have to manage staff, respond to student enquiries, advice and process applications for online students that are seeking career advancement and/or career changes.
Key Tasks are:
Initiate ideas and generate your own leads for sales conversion
Sales Forecasting, Pipeline building, and conversion and updating lead status in Hubspot
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns to generate new leads, sales
scripts for emails and sales pitch for phone conversions
Planning digital marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
Work throughout the lifecycle of the sale from identifying a prospect, converting, nurturing
and guiding students to pathways
Co-ordinate on-boarding of new online students with the finance, student support and
admissions teams
Additional Sales related work as required by Manager and ECA.
Key responsibilities:
SALES PROCESS - Implementing and updating of EOL Sales Cadence Handbook.
COLLABORATION - You will be directly involved in initiating and influencing marketing campaigns and prospecting for new leads including cold calling.
SALES GENERATION - Responsible for meeting EOL targets and delivering sales
CALLING PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS - In charge of making calls and having conversations with prospects about their journey in online education.
