The Boeing Company is currently looking for an Experienced Systems & Data Analyst position to support the Digital Process Automation Management team. The systems analyst will gather data related requirements to support work flow applications. Serves as a Product Manager for agile development projects. Directly engages with stakeholders and a development team on a daily basis in order to identify requirements and facilitate roles and responsibilities. Creates, own and continuously improve strategic and tactical plans for their product(s).
Position Responsibilities:
Consults with customers to clarify and refine data requirements
Interprets and translates requirements into functional specifications
Develops solutions that are thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives
Develops and executes tests to validate functionality
Supports existing application database environments
Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
Experience and ability to lead an agile product team
Passion for creating amazing customer experiences

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must possess a Technical Bachelor's (A technical degree is defined as any four-year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
8+ years of experience in participating in an agile project team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Tableau or Cognos
Experience in Agile
Experience with Dev Ops
Strong leadership and communication skills
Typical Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 8 + Years related work experience and/or a Master's degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 7 + Year's related work experience or relevant military experience.

This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
