Designation : Associate - Finance

Profile of the Candidate : Start-up finance advisory, financial due diligence, equity & debt structuring, Valuations, Financial Projections , Transaction support, Accounting for startup clients

Job Description

• Assistance in financial due diligence for target company
• Assistance in financial projections and valuations
• Accounting and Tax filings for startup clients
• Building performance and revenue reporting models, assisting in the preparation of revenue forecasts and business metric reports
• Financial advisory
• Tax and instrument structuring
• Preparation of MIS & reports providing feedback to clients top management on financial performance.

Pre Requisites:

• Chartered Accountant (preferably with an audit or accounting background / knowledge of due diligence, valuations)
• Post qualification work experience of 1-2 years (with a Big 4 or any other reputed CA firm organisation)
• Knowledge of accounting frameworks & standards
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, power point, Tally
• Excellent Communication Skills.
