Position: Sr. Technical Recruiter

Location: WFH/Remote

Must Have Skills:

• 2 years of experience into IT/Technical Recruitment With Direct/SI Clients
• Excellent A+ communications skills to communicate effectively with candidates, clients and colleagues (Oral & Written).
• Must have excellent negotiation skills.
• Must be good in creating Boolean searches.
• Must be expert in sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder etc.
• Must have working experience with ATS
• Must have a deep understanding of different tax, visa, compliance, EEO rules and employment terms.
• Must be process oriented and knowledgeable about market trends.
• Shift Timings: 6.30 P.M-3.30 A.M IST
