Experience : 6 months to 2 years
Location : FC Road Pune
Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling IT requirements from clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting
Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri , Monster), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Source and Screen resumes for the technical / Non technical roles as per the client requirement.
Interview candidates over the phone and turn up with good conversion ratio .
Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for job opportunities.
Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
Publish progress report to management every week.
Good written and Verbal communication skills
Client coordination is preferable.
Looking for candidates with good communication skill both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
