Please find below for the JD of Sr.Big Data Developer with the roles and responsibilities for your information and please revert on the same mail for me to schedule your face to face interview at our organization. JD for Senior Big Data Developer and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in large scale data integration implementations
- 3-5 years SQL experience (Oracle, SQL, or PL SQL)
- 3-5 years experience in Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Python, etc)
- 3-5 years of experience with object-oriented languages (Java preferred)
- Must be able to perform ETL and data manipulation techniques
- Optimization of database queries for a specific project
- Coding, unit testing, automate testing processes, and debugging applications in various software languages, with software testing and quality assurance
- Demonstrable experience using Data Integration platforms, tools and techniques like Talend, DataStage, Spark, Apache NiFi, Ab Initio, Pentaho, etc.
- Interaction with end user query developers to design and improve database queries for a specific project
- Proactively engage in the remediation of software issues related to code quality, security, and/or pattern/frameworks. Provides guidance and coaching to associate software developers.
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
- Maintain standards compliance and ensure development artifacts are in alignment with patterns/ frameworks designed by software engineering teams
- Full lifecycle application development using standard frameworks and coding standards/patterns like SDLC, Waterfall, Agile
- Develop, maintain and document software functionality.
