The Team
Today's business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent and organization priorities. Deloitte's Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.
Work you'll do
As a practitioner, within the Workforce Transformation (OT), following activities within the firm need to be performed:
- Develop training materials using templates and approved formats.
- Analyse and structure content in a logical, sequential manner.
- Envisage flow and visual treatment for learning materials.
- Work with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine the target audience and their learning needs.
- Participate in client calls / meetings with clear agenda / queries to help manage client requirements (along with Lead)
Qualifications/ Skill
- Bachelors/Master's degree in English, B.Ed., or Journalism/Mass Communication with excellent command over English
- Certification in Instructional Design will be an added advantage
- Exhibit superior English writing, editing skills and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to grasp concepts/processes quickly and make them easily understandable in text and images/animation
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a high-performing team with shared goals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in the use of MS office suite (PPT, Word, Excel) and should be able to create/ edit documents, make PPTs etc.
