Job Description :
Query Management1. Support to the Branches, Sales and Channels by providing clarifications, handling and resolving queries on product, processed and transactions received from channels, sales and branches on Retail Forex for Resident Individuals.2. Support branch queries on documentation, purpose codes etc. covering retail forex transactions of individual customers. 3. Help branches / portfolio owners to close customer complaints / CRM / MD desk complaints on Retail Forex transactions. Customer reverts for such complaints, received from the branches, would be vetted and confirmed by the supervisors in the central support desk.4. Guide / support the branches on marketing collateral requirements for Retail Forex products & services like leaflets, brochures, posters, customer mailers etc.
Skills
Sound Product and Process knowledge on banking especially on Retail Forex Services.
Well versed and experienced in the bank systems, process and regulatory guidelines
Should have knowledge about current and capital account including equity investment transactions under Portfolio Investment Scheme under LRS.
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Good interpersonal skills to manage team, internal and external customers.
Should have strong communication skills
