Redelivery Specialist - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Deluxe Media

• Vetting bugs in QC reports for language streams and making revisions as necessary.
• Providing justification for waiving bugs reported. Checking that fixes applied to language subtitles conform to Deluxe guidelines, as well as client requirements and project instructions.
• Coordinating with Account Managers and Account Coordinators to provide updates, clarify project and client requirements and request extensions as necessary.

• Maintaining an average quality yield of nothing less than 99.93% throughout the year for all clients.

• Ensuring 100% on-time delivery for all clients.

• Coordinating with native speakers of various languages to ensure revisions requiring linguistic input are made accurately and within deadline.

• Providing feedback to translators and other departments when standard procedure is not followed, so that quality measures are implemented upstream as well.

• Updating the schedule and Extra Work List as work is completed.

• Communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.

• Following department-specific schedules, procedures and guidelines.

• Escalating production and quality related issues to team leads and managers.

• Possible involvement in software and database testing for the department.
