Key Responsibilities include:
Develop templates to gather current state and target state information for the application.
Migrate application from on prim to on cloud environment
Develop Application MigrationModernization migration playbooks / runbooks
Conduct POCs and develop POVs for new Application migration tools based on client requirements
Develop and present status reports to project leadership

Role Specific Expectations:
Total 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in IT, Application MigrationModernization
Minimum 2-3 years of experience cross platform Application MigrationModernization experience.
Minimum bachelors degree in engineering, information technology or related field
Previous experience of working with languages (.NETJavaCC++Python)
Good Application debugging and troubleshooting skills is must.
Associate cloud certification AWS / Azure / GCP
Previous experience in converting legacy applications (Cobol, Visual
Basic, Power Builder, C++ etc) to multi-tier applications, based on J2EE or Dot Net.
Assist organizational members and clients with database-driven
websites, network, database, and application training and technical support.
Experience on microservices.
Experience on GITTFS
Experience in Application performance tuning and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills
Proven track record on learning new technologies and tools based on project and client requirements
