Asst.Manager/ Deputy Manager- Accounts Inter CA with around 10 years of experience

Location:-Ahmedabad

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dump Invoice checking
• Ageing / outstanding Analysis
• Rate chart scheme working
• MEL - Implementation & Controls
• TA/DA checking & Forwarding
• Clearance of Parties pending issues of any nature, if pending as per Price Chart
• Bank Collection deposition in bank
• Monthly Ledger/Balance Confirmation C/N , D/N printing & follow-up
• Office administration .
• C&F bills checking & Forwarding
• Order checking & Authorization
• Dump stock entries checking & Reconciliation of all depot of Gujarat
• TPC bill checking & Forwarding
• To Work at other branch as required (i.e AHM, SRT)
