Desired Candidate Profile
Job opportunity for Senior Automation Testing Engineers with a MNC. Job Location: Thane
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in technical field.
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. As Load and performance (L&P) Tester, you will be responsible for defining, leading and continuously improving the load & performance testing approach, framework, and service offerings on this Program.
2. You will lead the build out of the load and performance architecture, the Performance environment and work with Performance tools.
3. You will ensure the load and performance tests meet business requirements for the respective teams working on Agile Scrum releases.
4. Work with architects, business, scrum teams and other client stakeholders on gathering performance test requirements and coordinating test execution.
5. Create performance test strategy, Performance test framework, Test planning, Capacity planning.
6. Communicate with multiple stakeholders on project status, issues, and escalations. Create and maintain performance test scripts in HP Loadrunner and Jmeter.
7. Create scenarios, execute and monitor tests and analyze results.
8. Hands on experience with Sitescope, Splunk, and Google analytics is a must.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in technical field.
Skills & Knowledge
- Comfortable working in Agile SCRUM environment.
- Knowledge of Selenium, Soap UI, and Rest API
- Knowledge of VSTS/Team Foundation Server for test care, defect management.
- Understanding of Cloud technology (AWS/Azure)
- Advacnced Knowledge of performance testing concepts and the type of tests (load, endurance, stress, failover)
- Knowledge of Automation - Selenium
- Expertise and hands on experience in two or more of the following: Java (preferred), Angular, Javascript, HTML, CSS, .Net, C#, SQL, C/C++, etc.
