Responsibilities
'. University graduate/ Post Graduate / Masters / Qualified accountant . 8-10 years of experience . Excellent accounting knowledge, in Accounts Receivable . Should have BPO (third party vendor) exposure of at least 3 years . Experience with ERP preferred . Proven experience in process improvement/transformation . Prior experience of leading teams Typical Responsibilities include: a) Oversee and supervise team leaders b) Team Employee engagement c) Managing client expectations d) Define Goals & Performance parameters for the team & guide/coach them in achieving the same e) Track and monitor transition progress across processes f) Responsible for process audits and compliances g) Single point of contact (operations issues) h) Acting as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control) and process owner f) Experience in Billing process preferably with Marine/ offshore certification related clients is added advantage'
