Boeing Defense System IT & Product Systems is currently looking for an Experienced Global Process Analystto join their team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on supporting the all programs.
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Boeing Subsidiaries & Engineering Suppliers across the globe to ensure quality support to external and internal customers thru first time quality customer engagement.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to develop and enhance the work intake portal based on team needs
- Collaborate with the business, internal teams and other stakeholders to assist in setting up Statement of works, work environments and sustaining the operations of global partners, suppliers and Boeing International sites. Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
- Coordinate the designated window outages/continuous releases with internal teams and global partners, suppliers and Boeing International sites
- Trained and supervised the team to communicate the outage information with all our partners/suppliers and to deploy the production installation packages
- Coordinate with various internal teams and gather value metrics for PLM and BSA
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the Software Distribution mechanism for Internal and External entities including Boeing International sites, Subsidiaries and partners/suppliers.
- Work closely with IT international team, Regional IT Business Partners and support groups to ensure delivery of secure and compliant IT capabilities for Int'l sites
- Help JVs to integrate their IT systems with Boeing
- AvionX On-boarding: Assist in on-boarding of new personnel (both domestic and international) and Boeing AvionX Product lines
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
- Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in a Global Engineering Supplier support role
- 1+ year of experience with Project Management Best Practice (PMBP)
- 2+ years of experience with Export Regulations and Global Trade Control requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Risk Management support
- Experience using Microsoft Project, SharePoint Designer, TFS/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Adobe Dreamweaver and Visual Studio
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- SAFE4 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification
- ITIL4 Certification
- Data Analytics Certification
Typical Education & Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+7 years related work experience, etc.)
