Job Duties / Responsibilities
Should have prior experience in application support activities
(i.e. Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment, Application Performance Monitoring, Job Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis).
Resolve defect fixes and work on minor enhancements.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Development Teams and/or 3rd party vendors to provide timebound E2E resolution for support issues.
Coordination/Support for Release Management & Deployments.
Prepare Application Know-how documentation(s) wherever applicable.
Support the ongoing effort to baseline current Asset database and CMDB.
Prior development experience so can work on application maintenance tasks (corrective, preventive, perfective & adaptive maintenance activities) as required.
Adhere to customer's IT Support processes and Security policy

Technical Skills
Sound knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ReactJS, APIM, T-SQL
Experience in frontend development and UX design, Code review & optimization
Experience in developing Web Application on Azure using Azure Key Vaults, Azure Functions.
Good understanding of Auth0, Azure DevOps, GitHub.
Familiar with SDLC - Agile & Waterfall.
Understanding of ITIL v4 Service Lifecycle.
Familiar with ServiceNow.
Good to have
Prior experience of participation in Service Transition.
Well-versed with Onsite-Offshore execution model.
Ability to understand business requirements/impacts in a highly technical environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good analysis skills to aid in trouble-shooting and problem-solving.
High attention to details and service minded approach.
Willing to learn new technologies on the job & cross-skill across similar technologies.
