Looking for a candidate with 8-15 years of experience in the automobile sector who has prior work experience in the car financing segment. The candidate's responsibility will be to manage the B2C channel sales function on the ground and will be taking care of the West and Central Delhi markets. The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the automobile sector, dealership networks and possess in-depth knowledge of used car/new car loan processing.
- Managing the entire customer's journey right from the beginning when the lead comes in the system to conversion
- Understand customer requirement and cater accordingly
- Help customers in finalizing the car as per their need through a strong used car/new car dealership network
- Understand the customer profile and arrange documents for loan processing
- Having a good banking relationship is a bonus
- Liaison with Banks in logging the case and conversion
- Liaison with internal teams for disbursement and RTO doc processing
