Freshers and 2 to 3 years of experience
Graduation
Any graduation. Preferably commerce graduation like B.Com, BCS, BBA
*Job description
Requirement is for Payroll and Benefits team for supporting Payroll query management/Time and labor/Absence management support for North America
Important Note: Knowledge in US Payroll taxation would be an added advantage
1. Flexibility to work in night shifts 5:30 pm to 3:30 am
2. Operational delivery Good ability to achieve the set targets with high quality levels
3. Good oral and written communication, since would be managing the payroll of North American associates
4. Good data management skills to track and maintain the trackers
5. Understand process requirements and go the distance to achieve stakeholder expectations
