Developing the satisfaction level of customers by rendering services beyond excellence in order to optimize a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolving of escalated grievances and queries on a day-to-day basis.
Initiating contact with existing customers to help them further their business by acquiring new customers
Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition for the customer.
Analyse clients requirement and suggest new ways to acquire customers and new revenue streams and to assist the customer with the same.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.
Making weekly market development calls to customers.
Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests.
Act as the point of contact for the client with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests.
Assist in planning/ developing co-promotional campaigns, events, and B2C activities.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Conduct promotional activities for market development & brand visibility
An immense interest in developing a relationship with the customers
Sales orientation would be a plus
