We are seeking an energetic, smart and individual contributor to join our growing organization.

The Management Trainee will gain on-the-job training across multiple functions - Marketing, Sales, and Operations and drive the following activities:

Write commercial proposals and agreements, prepare digital marketing collateral and other official communication from Productivise to its prospect clients
Work with the core team to drive business strategy and product vision (market research, competitive analysis, product design etc.)
Provide platform demos to customers over web and in person, and answer first level technical questions
Develop requirements, documents, and use cases for new product features
Generate outbound leads, qualify leads and manage the conversion funnel
Participate and represent the organization in seminars and road shows

Required Candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria:

The ideal candidate would be open to learn new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this venture.
Startup mindset and DNA - ability to learn quickly and work independently in a rapidly changing environment
Strong analytical, relationship and project Management skills for driving initiatives
Motivated towards career growth and learning
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
0-3 years experience in Sales, Technology, Marketing & Business Development
MBA
