Job Description

The Treasury Associate will assume a good deal of the daily transnational Cash Management responsibilities from the Treasury Manager, enabling a greater range of addressable issues for the Treasury Department. Of specific importance is the completion of the implementation of the GTreasury Management System, and the publishing of standardized Cash Management processes throughout FactSet's global businesses.
Job Description:

25% Daily Update of Domestic Cash Position and 12-Month Cash Forecast
Ensure Company has sufficient funds to execute cash initiatives
25% Payment investigation/correction GTreasury TMS
25% Responsible for Electronic Funds Transfer entry (and occasional approval) from Workday and Bank of America CashPro Online
15% Co-Manage the Share Repurchase program.
10% Assist with all bank compliance issues (KYC documentation and otherwise)
Prevent any temporary account shut downs due to lack of compliance

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
1-2 years work experience (preferred but not required)
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word)
Ability to speak and write fluently in English
Willingness to work U.S. business hours (PM, GY)
