Job Description

  • High Volume call responsibility
  • Should be flexible with time-based on Requirements
  • Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills
  • Should have a minimum of 1 year of work exp. in Recruitment
  • Immediate joiners preferred | REMOTE JOB
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations, and hiring documentation.
  • Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing.
  • Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.

Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic).
Follow up on the feedback.
