Designation : Jr. Software Engineer
Education: B.Tech, B.E in CS , MCA or engineering in any field with good programming skills.
Salary: 20K a month
Experience: No experience required.
Job Type: Full time day shift ( Monday - Friday )
Job Description:
This job profile is to be part of a software engineering team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a start of the art ERP system with modules like workflow, CRM, sales support and accounts, data driven reporting and Analytical system. It's a cloud based system developed using PHP and MySql as foundation. Software team also develops PHP, Mysql based backend systems for our websites maintaining and reporting.
Jr. Software Engineers have independent ownership of parts of different modules. They get to design, develop and test modules and developers will also work on improvement of performance of ERP modules. An Engineer under this profile gets to use their programming and design skills to develop and deploy real business applications used by our 1000+ employees.
The opportunity to grow and explore different software engineering responsibilities is plentiful. A candidate, through merit and performance, has the potential to grow among the ranks from Junior Software Engineers to Sr. Software Engineer to Team lead and to Project Manager.
You need to have good programming skills in any one language (Php is preferred) and SQL, Problem solving skills, good communication skills either in English or Hindi and be willing to work real hard to build your career as a software engineer.
We do have a 2 months training program where we teach advanced level Php, SQL(normalization, joines, database indexing, condition base query designing etc), Smarty, codeigniter framework, front end tools bootstrap, jquery, AngularJS and algorithm design. We do provide a stipend in the training period. After successful completion of training, you will be absorbed as Jr. Software Engineer.
The potential to grow, earn, and mature as a software engineer is limitless.
Please Note: There is no wfh for training or work, however for candidates out of Bangalore, we can do a written test and couple of rounds of telephonic interviews and make a formal offer with a joining date of utmost 2 weeks after offer.
