Dear Candidate ,
We are hiring for one of our esteemed Client whose into Construction, Architectural and Interiors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To take proper site measurement as and when required and visit clients for understanding site details and customer Requirements.
- To prepare BOQs for the Kitchen/Wardrobe and other designs prepared/received from the clients.
- To handle walk-in of Design Centre and accordingly follow up for closure
- To ensure that set of drawings are sent to customers within the specified time after understanding the needs
- To ensure that designs made are in line with latest products and also stock availability.
- To handle walk in clients and accordingly follow up for closure.
- To go through catalogues and analyze the products to be recommended according to client requirement.
- To follow up with sale team for orders placed by customers based on designs submitted.
- To maintain proper record of design fees collected from the customers.
- To resolve customer queries with respect to specifications and special requirements.
- To attend clients in Design Centre and make site visits wherever required to make accurate measurements for the designs.
- To follow up with the customers to ensure that the design gets translated into orders from customers
DEVELOPMENTAL
- To keep oneself updated and well trained on the new products being introduced and launched into the market and incorporate the knowledge gained into the designs being made.
- To work closely with other designers of the company and keep the team spirit.
- Develop an awareness of trends and developments in design, materials, techniques and technology
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Interior Designing
SALARY : 50000-80000 (Depending on the last drawn CTC)
EXPERIENCE: 7-12Years in the similar industry
