Position: Head Accounts
Experience & CTC: 7 to 12 year's experience. CTC 7 to 9 Lakh PA
Educational Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance/GDCA
Location: Supa, Ahmednagar
Reporting to: Fixed line to CEO and on a dotted line to the MD
Reporters: Individual contributor to begin with. As business picks up, team members to be added
Key Responsibilities:

• Account & Finance Daily Activities
• Taxation Part - TDS, GST, TCS, PT, PF, ESIC,
• Invoicing under GST provisions, GST Returns
• Custom Import compliance
• Day to day accounting up to finalization, Tax Audit
• Cash Flow statement
• Bank reconciliation
• Coordination Cross function dept. & Gov. Bodies
• Coordination with auditors
• Balance Sheet finalization
• Monthly MIS/Daily MIS
• Material movement control and
• Job worker process control
• Bank liaisoning, LC opening, TT payment, and documentation
• Handling Bank stock audit, Submission of debtors and stock position, operation of LC/CC/TL limits.
• Operational knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and above
