Roles and Responsibilty

* Responsible for developing project plans, goals, budgets and identifying resources needed

* Initiate and drive project planning activities such as Statement of Work (SoW), project change Control, Stakeholder Identification , risk & issues management, communication management, etc.

* Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring, resource estimates, overall project timeline, project milestones and task, dependencies .

* Track project performance in respect to time, cost, and quality by constantly evaluating project progress and conducting regular team status meeting.

* Build strong relationship with all project stakeholders and be the SPOC to the clients for the project activities.

* Provides direction and support to project team to clear milestones.

* Keeps up-to-date with the customers industry and competitive landscape while simultaneously keeping abreast with the technology landscape.

* Mentor developers to help them solve problems and grow.

* Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.

* Will be a part of the interview panel and a key decision maker to ensure a successful selection process for the team.

Eligibility

- Passion for tackling challenges, technology and learning.
- Preferred: Certification in Scrum, Agile, PMP, Prince etc.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
- Preferred: BTech or MTech in Computer Science from a reputed institute, NIT, or IIT
- Mandatory: MBA from a reputed institute like IIMs, SP Jain, MDI, XLRI, XIMB, IITs etc.
