Desired Candidate Profile

Work closely with client /business and understand the requirement
Participate in requirements gathering and clarification meetings
Participate in the design, prepare HLD/LLD and development process.
Team player, proactive and take ownership of the work
Participate actively in the Scrum process

Required Candidate profile

Experience in end to end Web application development
Experience in modern Web development Frameworks/Platforms like Ruby on Rails, Java and J2EE and Node.Js,
Experience in multiple technologies like Angular/ React / Bootstrap / Jquery and Javascript
Solid understanding of Relational Database, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design
Disciplined programmer with good coding practice, performance-oriented design and coding, and writing tests
Self-driven and motivated, ability to take ownership of the work or project in hand
Quick learner and willing to mentor/train fresher
Good communication skill, ability to interact with clients and understanding their requirements.
Good problem-solving skills
