1.Expert at Project Management PMP, PSMCSM, CSPO, Lean, Kanban. Strong execution drive and technical aptitude to deliver customer value Lead cross functional development from design through delivery
2.Builds great partnerships and relationships with globally distributed cross functional partners (e.g. Business, Product, Technology, Design, Architecture, Legal, Compliance, et al.)
3.Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with amazing written verbal communication skills
4. Customer centric with innovative problem solving skills
5.Extremely organized, Goal oriented, and experienced in Data analytics as well as Financial budget Accounting (CapEx, OpEx) principles
Knowledgeable in Data programs AWS/Azure, Data governance, BI tools (Informatica)
Knowledgeable in banking audit and regulatory practices; ensuring fully compliant with corporate standards
Leads the software development planning and delivery process
