ROLE: RPA SR/SD (Robotic process automation)
Experience - 6+ years
TECHNICAL SKILLS
RPA Tools UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism (Atleast any two)
Programming Languages .NET, C#, VB, Python, and any other Object-Oriented Programming language
Web Technologies REST API, XML, JSON
Scripting Languages PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, Excel Macros, etc
Operating System Windows
Versioning Tool SVN, GIT (Any would work)
MUST HAVE
1. Experience in RPA in WEB App, Windows App, ERP, Banking, Finance domains, etc
2. 5+ years of IT experience preferably with Microsoft and 2 years in leading teams.
3. Should have in-depth knowledge of RPA Blue Prism / UiPath / Automation Anywhere tool across and
have
a broad knowledge of RPA tool capabilities
4. Must have excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills and be able to prioritize and
deliver the most important things first.
5. Must have worked and participated in creating an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) with well-defined
roles
and responsibilities
6. Hands-on exposure to defining the enterprise-level processes and automating strategies
7. Should have managed BOT lifecycle including development, UAT and then putting them into
production
8. Should have participated in supporting the production BOT by continuous monitoring and reporting
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Work with internal/external process owners/SMEs to perform RPA Opportunity analysis and
recommend
Automation solutions
2. Create architecture blueprints and solution design artifacts in technology consulting engagements.
Very
good at providing solutions to complex problems, architecting challenging projects, good design
capabilities, excellent review capabilities, and hands-on technical personnel
3. Analyze the business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation
feasibility
4. Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
5. Perform Proof of Concept (PoCs) using leading RPA tools and establish proof of technology
6. Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
7. Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation
solutions
8. Can provide guidance on Standardization, Technology Alignment, Reporting Process, and SLAs for
implementing a Robotic Automation solution at an enterprise level.
9. Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phasesGOOD TO HAVE
1. Advanced RPA Certifications
2. Knowledge of ELK (Elasticsearch, LogStash, and Kibana) Stack
3. Knowledge of AI, ML, NLP integration into RPA will be an added advantage
4. Development experience in building BPMN based process applicatio
