Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, professional candidates to serve a highl reputed multi-national Business Process Outsourcing company based in Bangalore.

An employee in this role deals with a number of incoming calls/chats, pertaining to the clients business. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:

• Age: 18 to 40 years of age.
• Education / Qualifications: 10th / 12th / Graduate / Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA/ B.E OR BTECH FRESHERS MORE THAN 60%)
• Travel boundary limits : Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits Cabs provided (One way) Should be okay to work from office.
• Willingness to work in Rotational UK Shifts

Benefits:

• Salary: Rs.17,000 - Rs.24,000 PM + Opportunity to earn more than Rs.1,00,000 via performance/sales based incentives
• One way cab facility

• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
