Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with US Law firm Attorneys and paralegals.
  • Responsible for working on various kinds of pre- and post-litigation cases and drafting various kinds of letters including but not limited to Collection matters, CE matters, Adhoc Letters, Check's processing, BR Checks, E-filing, etc.
  • Responsible for daily workload allocation, maintaining SLAs and reporting requirements with the client,
  • Facilitation of training courses in both live and remote environment for both new Hires and refreshers for existing ones.
  • Update training materials, user manuals and process checklists.
  • Assist Team Members with questions relating to systems and procedures.
  • Responsible for Quality audits and ensuring processes meets desired accuracy levels
  • Perform additional duties as directed by Reporting Manager

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should be comfortable to work from home. Candidates should have laptop/Desktop with minimum configuration of i3 4 generation or above, 4 GB RAM with Good Internet connectivity which should not be less than 20 MBPS Speed.
