Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy.

Our Client a leading Global Innovation Center & they explores, implements and supports innovation in the digital domains like: Analytics and Data Sciences, Digital Transformation, and Third Wave Digital Customer Experience.

They require:

Job Position: Engineer-QA

Experience: 2-4 Years

Notice period of the candidate should not be more than 45 days

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain test strategy, plans and cases for new feature development as part of an Agile Scrum team
Understand & Analyze complex requirements & transform them into test scenarios/test cases
Execute the test cases across multiple devices & platforms.
Execute automated test scripts & provide feedback.
Automate test cases when required with minimum supervision
Identify bugs & issues through clear & concise defect report
Validate bugfixes and perform regression testing, as necessary.
Work with developers to encourage developer engagement with automated testing beyond unit tests
Provide effective communication with geographically distributed team members
Escalate urgent issues to management
Operates under general supervision
Solicit feedback from support centers to improve testing methods
Skills:

Excellent understanding of Software Test Life Cycle
Excellent understanding of different levels of software testing
Experience in test case management tools like X-ray, Zephyr, TestRail etc.
Ability to understand complex requirements and transform those into test scenarios/test cases.
Exposure to different testing types such as sanity, functional, integration, exploratory and system testing
Ability to write crisp & concise defect report
Basic Selenium Webdriver (Should have some hands-on) selenium+Java
Good to have API testing
