Exp : 8-10 yrs
Location : Bangalore ( Kadubisnahalli )
Max Budget : 20 LPA
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of testers including project and team management
Hands on designexecution of test (50%)
Review and provide input on business requirement and functional specification documents for the life insurance application
Conduct independent system testing for complex changes to the application,
Design and review of test cases including expected output from the business and functional requirements to ensure maximum coverage
Execute end-to-end test scenarios and validate results
Update and maintain documentation of the executed test cases
Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, documented, tracked and fixed
Responsibility of U A T  phase

Requirements:
8-10 years working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes
Experienced in planning of functional testing, change impact analysis and regression testing
Exposure to major applications in at least one of the following areas Insurance, Banking, Financial Services
Minimum 2 years experience in managing test of complex software as a team leader of a team 5-8 testers
Experienced in building test plans, time plans and monitoring task execution
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Good team player and proactive personality
B.E (or equivalent), MBA, CA (or equivalent) preferred
ISTQ B or equivalent testing certificate an asset
Experienced in testing of finance systems or large scale testing projects - like INGENIUM/  ALIS/ Life-Asiac /I  DITv/ Policy400 /Genesys
