Job Description

Mandatory Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months and Max 3.5 year of experience in (Target based SALES is mandatory)
(Note Total Experience Shall not be more than 3.5 Years on resume otherwise candidate is a screen reject)
Experience in Field Sales is (preferable)
Not more than 28 yrs age. (Don't apply if older than 28 yrs)
Current Salary should not be more than 5 Lakhs Fixed (Otherwise would be a screen reject)
Basic level of understanding and speaking of English language is required/mandatory
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday. (Monday & Tuesday 2 days week-off)
CTC : 10 Lacs Per Annum (5 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Incentives/Variable) + Direct Sales 2 LPA

Job Description -: In Normal Course the candidate would have to do Telesales for 3 days on provided leads calling parents selling them the Education Courses and then might have to visit those parents of children for 2 days field sales on the weekends. (Monday and Tuesday are weekly off)
