The candidates need to be physically present in the city (Hyderabad or Bangalore) respectively as per their allocated sites during or within a week of their joining.
The candidates will have to attend the training sessions at Genpacts office for training purposes when and wherever needed.
The candidates will be allowed to work from home (or from their local premises in their respectively allocated cities) till December, exceptions being taken in cases where the candidate is to be called out for training. Also alluding to no compliances for visiting the workplace daily for work, excluding exceptions as discussed in previous terms.
The candidate should be briefed in prior about the importance of training at site so that they are well prepared for visiting offices whenever asked for a visit.
