Job Brief
We are looking to hire an experienced credit manager to oversee our Organisations digital lending process. As a credit
manager, you will be responsible for creating the credit Assessment forms and customer credit qualification form journeys in
sync with the credit policies of Lenders, creating credit scoring models, devising prequalification models. Should be aware of
RBI rules and regulations related to digital lending processes. Knowledge of both Secured & Unsecured products will be an
added advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers.
Creating internal credit scoring models for risk assessment.
Working closely with Product & IT teams & create lean journeys for customer qualification
Ensuring update of Lender Policies in the assessment platform
Providing inputs to bring in best industry practices and revising credit risk policies and guidelines periodically
Training the front-end sales on product & Policies
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
Minimum years of experience 4-5 years of work experience, preferably in BFSI Sector.
Preferred industry- Financial Services, BFSI, NBFC/ Banks, Fintech etc

Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a similar field.
Good understanding of lending procedures.
Advanced mathematical skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Skills Required
Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with stressful situations
.
Qualifications
MBA(Finance)/CA
