Manage the end-to-end M&A integration planning and execution process.
Participate in due diligence.
Managing transition processes and delivery resources during the Transition stage, Deliver Program and Project Management
Support Business Leaders in the identification and divestiture of non-core assets or businesses.
Develop appropriate integration strategies and metrics to support business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven deep subject matter expertise in various aspects of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations
Significant integration experience with transaction structures of all types and basic familiarity with legal contracts
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
Qualification: MBA Finance with PMP Certification
5 years of experience leading M&A Integration
