About the Role
A member of Workday's Professional Services organization, the Technical Consultant is passionate about the implementation of our cloud based Human Resources, Financial Management and Student Information Systems. This role works closely with the customer's project team to design, develop and deploy solutions for one or more of the following focal areas: Data Conversion, Functional, Reporting and Analytics.
The Techno-Functional Consultant, a SME in Workday HCM or Financials product suite, will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their engagements. The consultant will ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices, setting customer expectations and managing interdependence's between technical and functional work-streams.
On an engagement, the consultant should understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
About YouBasic Qualifications

• 5 years implementing HCM or Financial Management solutions
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JDE or similar applications

Other Qualifications

• Ability to craft, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion and reporting solutions
• Ability to chip in to multiple timezone projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Bachelors in Engineering and Master of Business in HR and Domain would be preferred.
• Outstanding research skills and resourcefulness.
• Can work in a fast paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment and deal with multiple high priority activities concurrently.
• Phenomenal teammate who can collaborate and communicate successfully with all partners i.e. developers, technical operations, and customers.
